THREE PILLARS. ONE DIRECTION.
You survived the descent.
Now build the return.
Coaching for high-performing men rebuilding the spiritual, mental, and physical foundations of who they are next.
1
Surrender to something larger than your own ego. Whether you call it God, the universe, or the story you are part of, recovery without it is white-knuckling.
2
Identity, purpose, and the daily practice of thinking your way out of the loops that nearly killed you. This is where the work of being comfortable in your own skin lives.
3
The body keeps the score. Sleep, movement, nutrition, the discipline of taking care of the vessel you are still using.
The Trident
Three prongs.
One man.
The trident is not a metaphor. It is the structure of the work. Each prong represents a foundation that has to be rebuilt in order for the next life to hold weight.
THE MEN I WORK WITH
Successful on paper. Dying on the inside.
The men who find me are usually still functioning. Sales career, stock options, promotions, nice car, place by the beach, girlfriend. By every external metric, they are doing great.
They are miserable.
Former athletes who lost the identity of competition. Executives who stacked the milestones and felt nothing. Veterans who came home and could not find a way back to themselves. The substance, if there is one, is not the problem. The substance is the answer to a question they have not yet asked.
If that lands, we should talk.
The Hero's Return.™
Built on Joseph Campbell’s framework for transformation. Adapted for men whose hero’s journey has already broken them open. Three phases. Twelve weeks. One arc.
Phase I
Weeks 1-4 Ordinary World Mapping what was. Naming the patterns. Building the foundation of self-honesty the rest of the work requires.
Phase II
Weeks 5-8 Descent Going into the wound. The part most programs skip. Grief, shame, the inherited stories. Done with structure, not improvisation.
Phase III
Weeks 9-12 Return Coming back changed. Rebuilding the identity, the relationships, the daily practice. Walking out with something to live for, not just something to live without.
FROM THE MEN I HAVE WORKED WITH
Testimonials
Matt W.
"I've never met anyone like Chipper that can articulate to people how to live a life of peace and maturity."
Austin K.
"When I was at my lowest, Chipper's experience and guidance showed me that there was a way to live a sober life. His positivity and dedication to sobriety has forever changed my life for the better."
Earl S.
"It is easy to overthink getting sober and staying sober. What I respect and enjoy about Chipper is that he keeps sobriety simple. He has helped me get out of my own thinking and has offered me tools and solutions I use every day."

THE FOUNDER
I have been in your shoes.
Three trips to treatment. Years of cycling in and out. A career that looked like everything I wanted and a private life that was killing me. I got sober on January 4th, 2020, and I have spent every day since learning the difference between sobriety and recovery.
The work I do now is the work I needed someone to do with me.
Sobriety means you stopped. Recovery means you built something in its place.
If you are ready to do the second part, here is how we begin.
