A PRIVATE 12-WEEK ENGAGEMENT

For men rebuilding from the inside out.

The New Life Project is a concierge coaching program for high-performing men who have done the surface work and need to go deeper. Application only

THE MEN WHO COME HERE

You are not in crisis. That is the problem.

You stopped drinking. Or stopped doing the thing. Or never did the thing, but the version of you that built this life is no longer the version of you who can live in it.

You are functional. Successful by external measures. The career is intact. The relationships are mostly working. The mornings are no longer dangerous. From the outside, everyone thinks you figured it out.

You did not figure it out. You compressed it.

The work most programs do, getting clean, getting stable, getting through the first ninety days, is not the work you need anymore. You need the work that comes after. The identity rebuild. The purpose question. The slow, structured undoing of every coping pattern you used to survive your old life, replaced with something you actually want to live.

That is what The New Life Project is built for.

THE HERO'S RETURN (TM)

A 12-week methodology.

Three phases. One arc.

A group of athletic men helping each other climb a rugged mountain trail at sunrise, symbolizing teamwork, support, and recovery.

Phase I: Ordinary World

We start with the map of what was. Family of origin, identity formation, the pivotal moments that shaped how you cope. We name the patterns out loud. We build the foundation of self-honesty that the rest of the work requires.

What happens in Phase I:

  • Initial deep-dive session (3 hours, private)
  • Weekly 1:1 coaching with Chipper
  • Pattern-mapping work between sessions
  • Daily practice setup (mental, physical, spiritual)
  • Concierge team introductions

Phase II: Descent

Weeks 5 through 8. This is the phase most programs skip. We go into the wound. Grief, shame, the inherited stories, the unfinished losses. Not improvised. Structured. With support.

What happens in Phase II:

  • Weekly 1:1 coaching with Chipper
  • Therapist sessions (concierge referral, billed separately)
  • Performance coach integration (movement, sleep, nutrition)
  • Structured grief and identity work
  • Spouse or family consultation if relevant

A lone man reflecting on a cliff at sunrise, symbolizing new beginnings in sobriety. A path leads to a group of people in deep conversation, representing authentic connection and community in recovery.

Phase III: Return

Weeks 9 through 12. You come back changed. We rebuild the identity, the relationships, the daily practice. The point is not who you were before. The point is who you are now, and what you are going to do with the rest of your life.

What happens in Phase III:

  • Weekly 1:1 coaching with Chipper
  • Purpose and identity integration work
  • Long-term practice design
  • Re-entry planning (career, relationships, community)
  • Optional 90-day follow-up engagement
WHO WRAPS AROUND YOU

You are not coached alone.

Every New Life Project engagement includes coordinated access to a private team. Specialists are referred and integrated. You do not coordinate the calendar. We do.

Chipper Keener, Founder + Lead Coach

Twelve years of recovery experience. Certified Sobriety and Life Coach. Creator of The Hero's Return methodology.

Therapist (referred)

Licensed clinical therapist for the trauma and grief work. Vetted, integrated, billed separately by the provider.

Performance Coach (referred)

Sleep, movement, and recovery protocols specific to your starting point.

Nutritionist (referred)

Sustainable nutrition planning. Not a diet. The body keeps the score.

This program is built for a specific man.

This Is For You If

  • You are at least 90 days sober, or you do not have an active substance problem but are doing the deeper identity work.
  • You are a high performer in your professional life and the inner work has not kept pace.
  • You are willing to invest twelve weeks of focused effort, including daily practice between sessions.

  • You expect a one-call solution.
QUALIFICATION

Apply for an introduction call.

The application takes about ten minutes. After you submit, we review every entry personally and reply within three business days. If we are a fit, we schedule a 45-minute introduction call. No fee for the call. No pressure on the call.
