WHAT THE FORMAT DOES
A week away changes the physics.
Coaching weekly for twelve weeks is one kind of work. Stepping out of your life for five nights with six other men doing the same work is another. The retreat format compresses what would otherwise take months of momentum into a few days.
You leave with practices, relationships, and a recalibrated sense of what is possible. You do not leave fixed. Nobody leaves fixed. You leave with the next direction clear.
RETREAT ONE
Garden Isle
Princeville, Kauai. Five nights. Seven men. September 2026.

- Includes: Lodging, meals, daily programming, ground transport, retreat materials
- Does not include: Airfare, personal expenses, optional excursions
Programming framework: Three pillars (spiritual, mental, physical) sequenced across five days. Mornings begin with movement and intention. Afternoons are coaching and group work. Evenings are integration, conversation, and rest. One full day off-grid for solo work in the Na Pali landscape.

Application Note
Each retreat has its own application. You can apply to one or both. We review every application personally and reply within three business days. If we are a fit, we schedule a brief introduction call before placement.
Cohorts are intentionally small. Seven men in a room is a different conversation than fifteen. We hold the size on purpose. That means applications close once each cohort is full.
